    -Eclectic
    -Check In area wasn't inviting (messy)
    -Didn't have hot water in the morning (tap was making horrible noise)
    -I was asked if I would like a breakfast in the morning but 7.15 am was too early for them to serve
    (don't ask if you are not prepared to make it happen)
    -No one could help with me with my suitcase to go to the first floor (I had a major operation over a month ago)

    Old heritage building, but with clean, tidy rooms. Pricey, but was only availability in Launceston in short notice.
